Let us level with YOU on how we maintain BALANCE in everything; from SHOOTING, LIGHTING, EDITING and POST-PROCESSING to BLOGGING, EMAILING, and finding TIME for yourself.

We will also LEVEL with you on the following topics:

• the importance of creating and

maintaining your BRAND

• staying INSPIRED and CREATIVE

• utilizing AVAILABLE LIGHT and/or

ARTIFICIAL LIGHT to your advantage

• creating CONVERSATIONS about you

and your brand

• building the best RELATIONSHIPS

with your CLIENTS

• interacting with and POSING your clients

during a shoot

During the LYON-SHOP we have planned to venture out for two different shoot sessions where you will be able to see first hand how we make use of our surrounding environments and utilize different lighting techniques to get the images that we want. Cameras are optional, but we would like more to just see your lovely faces, learning and taking notes as we domonstrate how we do what we do. This is not a "portfolio" workshop (althought we will cover how to build a great portfolio). Hand held recorders, video cameras, 5d mk II video recorders are not permited.

The LYON-SHOP is going to take place from 9AM through approximately 8PM. Get ready for an intensive day, so much to learn, and so much to cover!

We will provide writing materials, but you are welcome to bring a laptop if you’d like! Cameras are not neccessary, as we would rather you watch and learn during our instructional shoots, but you may bring your own equipment anyway if you’d like!
